LOVELY FIRST TIME VISIT TO KNARESBOROUGH today, where my colleague will take up a new appointment in the autumn. At St John’s the parish clock speaks of “Redeeming the Time”, making the most of every opportunity. Jilly and I will be redeeming a bit of time in the Lake District from tomorrow.
