ON THE WAY TO SCOTLAND for David and Mel’s Wedding. The weather brightened considerably the further up the M6 we travelled until, arriving for our overnight stop in Greystoke, it was a beautifully bright and glorious evening. Rain has set in for the night now though which perhaps explains why the garden here is looking particularly full and rich. Let’s hope for a dry day for the wedding … reportage on which will doubtless follow.
